Las Vegas, NV – A 37-year-old man, Daniel Roush, has been arrested in connection with the death of a woman whose body was found inside a freezer in an east valley home.
The woman, whose identity has not yet been officially released by the Clark County Coroner’s Office, was a long-time resident of the mobile home park near 5500 Tres Piedras Road. Neighbors reported that she was a kind and trusting individual who had recently allowed two people to stay at her home to help with renovations.
However, tensions escalated when the woman’s medication was stolen. She expressed concerns to neighbors about the potential threat posed by these individuals.
On Wednesday morning, police responded to a welfare check at the woman’s residence and discovered the body inside a locked freezer. Roush was arrested in connection with the incident.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the woman’s death.
