Man Killed In Shooting At Sinclair Gas Station In Las Vegas, Police Say

LAS VEGAS – One man was shot and killed at a gas station in the southeast part of the Las Vegas valley. Metro police are looking into what happened.
At 4:45 p.m., police were called to the Sinclair Gas Station in the 6400 block of Boulder Highway near Russell Road because someone had been shot.
When police arrived, they found a man in his 40s who had been shot. Police say that he was given medical care, but he died from his wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say that the victim and the suspect, a clean-shaven Hispanic man in his 20s, fought in front of the gas station. Both men were carrying guns, and the suspect used his to shoot the victim.
The suspect walked across Boulder Highway to get away from the scene. Police say that the suspect is not being held at this time.
