No COVID Shots at CVS Pharmacies in Nevada, Massachusetts, New Mexico for Now

CVS has paused offering updated COVID-19 vaccinations in Nevada, along with Massachusetts and New Mexico, citing the current regulatory environment as the reason for the restriction. In these states, no COVID shots will be available at CVS, even with a prescription. In other parts of the country, CVS continues to provide vaccines—without a prescription in around 34 states, and with a prescription in about 13 others, depending on eligibility criteria. The company emphasized that decisions are based on evolving state-level regulations, and availability could change.
