North Las Vegas Man Dies Following ATV Crash Near Apex

Authorities are investigating a fatal accident involving an all-terrain vehicle that occurred Tuesday afternoon in the desert area near Apex. The Nevada Highway Patrol confirmed that a North Las Vegas man was killed when his ATV overturned after striking a fixed object. The incident took place in a popular off-roading region just north of the Las Vegas valley.

First responders arrived at the scene shortly after 2:25 PM but the victim was pronounced deceased at the site due to the severity of his injuries. Preliminary evidence suggests that the rider may have lost control while navigating the uneven terrain.
