
Pedestrian Struck by Vehicle on Nellis Boulevard

LAS VEGAS, Nev. – Las Vegas Metropolitan Police (LVMPD) are currently on the scene of a pedestrian collision that occurred Friday afternoon at approximately 4:52 pm.
The incident took place near the intersection of Nellis Boulevard and Boulder Highway. According to LVMPD reports, a woman was struck by a southbound vehicle on Nellis Boulevard while crossing the street.
Initial Reports Encouraging
Thankfully, initial reports from the scene indicate that the woman’s injuries are not life-threatening. LVMPD has not released any information suggesting impairment on the part of the driver.
Closures in Effect
The area is currently experiencing closures as LVMPD investigates the accident. Motorists are advised to avoid the area and seek alternate routes.
