Suspect Sought After Deadly Shooting Claims Teen Victim in North Las Vegas

A 19-year-old woman was killed in a shooting late Friday night in the North Las Vegas valley, according to local police. Officers were called shortly before midnight to the area of Anspach Street near West Craig Road and Clayton Street, where they found the victim unresponsive. Medical crews attempted to revive her but she was declared dead at the scene. Police say the shooter left before officers arrived. Investigators are treating the case as a homicide and are working to identify a suspect. The Clark County coroner will release the victim’s name and official cause of death once next of kin is notified. Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact the North Las Vegas Police Department or Crime Stoppers for anonymous tips.
