Teenager Injured in North Las Vegas Road Rage Shooting, Police Seek Public’s Help

NORTH LAS VEGAS, NEVADA – The North Las Vegas Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a road-rage shooting that left an 18-year-old male seriously injured.
The incident occurred on May 12th at approximately 6:50 p.m. in the vicinity of Clayton Street and Craig Road. Police believe the altercation began as a road-rage dispute and escalated to gunfire.
The victim, driving a gray BMW sedan, sustained serious injuries during the shooting.
Investigators are searching for a darker-skinned adult male, last seen wearing a light-colored shirt, who is believed to be responsible for the shooting. He was seen fleeing the scene in a newer model white Chevrolet Malibu.
“We urge anyone with information about this crime to come forward,” stated Lieutenant John Garcia of the North Las Vegas Police Department. “This senseless act of violence left a young man seriously injured, and we are committed to bringing the perpetrator to justice.”
