Vehicle Pursuit Ends in Arrest After Strong-Arm Robbery Near Monroe & H Street

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police responded to a strong-arm vehicle robbery near Monroe Avenue and H Street around 3:30 p.m. Saturday, police say. Officers located the vehicle shortly afterward and a brief pursuit ensued before the suspects were involved in a crash. Two individuals were taken into custody.
As a result of the crash and investigation, all westbound lanes on Alta Drive near Martin Luther King Boulevard were closed. Authorities urged motorists to seek alternate routes while the scene was cleared.
