LAS VEGAS – A tragic incident unfolded on Wednesday morning in North Las Vegas, as a woman sustained multiple gunshot wounds and a man was found dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to the North Las Vegas Police.
The shooting occurred at approximately 9 a.m. in the 2100 block of N. Las Vegas Boulevard, situated north of E. Lake Mead Boulevard. Authorities swiftly responded to the scene upon receiving the report.
The injured woman was promptly transported to University Medical Center, where she remains in critical condition with life-threatening injuries. Law enforcement officials have determined that the man and woman were involved in a dating relationship. Preliminary investigations suggest that the man shot the woman before turning the gun on himself.
