I-80 Eastbound Is Closed at Gold Ranch Due to a Six-Truck Injury Crash

VERDI, Nev. (775 Times, NV Globe)- Traffic on westbound I-80 at Gold Ranch is backed up because of a crash involving six semi-trucks and many vehicles.

According to Truckee Meadows Fire and Rescue, two passenger cars were involved in the crash with at least one of them pinned beneath a truck. The incident injured two persons, although officials say the injuries were minor.

Authorities have asked that you keep off the road for many hours while personnel try to clean the site. Significant delays are expected throughout the morning.
