Nevada Schools On Lockdown After “Swatting” Prank Calls

NEVADA – Several Nevada school districts reported receiving “swatting” calls on Thursday.

As a result of the calls, schools in Nye County reportedly went into lockdown. Additional reports of this nature have been received from White Pine School District, Douglass County School District, and the Fallon Police Department.

On Thursday afternoon, Governor Joe Lombardo tweeted that his office was aware of the “swatting” claims.
