Man Killed of Self- Defense Gunshot in Atlantis Casino

According to the Reno Police Department, one individual was killed in an early morning self-defense gunshot near the Atlantis casino.
According to Lieutenant Anthony Elges of the Reno Police Department, police responded to the 3000 block of South Virginia Street at 4:45 a.m. on October 23 on reports of a shooting and discovered a male with a gunshot wound. The man died at the spot.
No one has been arrested because detectives found the shooting was in self-defense. The guy who fired the self-defense shot stayed on the site and is assisting with the inquiry.
It was Reno’s second fatal self-defense gunshot in a week. On Wednesday night, one individual was killed in another self-defense shooting near UNR.
