Nevada State Police and Partner Agencies Successfully Rescued 21 Missing Children in Big Search Operation During Super Bowl Weekend

LAS VEGAS – In a collaborative effort between the Nevada Attorney General’s Office, Nevada State Police, Clark County School District Police Department, Clark County Department of Family Service At-Risk Youth Service, and several non-profit organizations, the Nevada State Police Highway Patrol Division participated in The Big Search operation during Super Bowl weekend from Feb. 9 to Feb. 11.

The operation, which has been running for 15 years and was started by Brad Dennis of FREE international, aimed to locate and rescue missing and exploited children. At the beginning of the operation, 35 missing person cases were assigned, with the age range of the victims being between 12 and 18 years old.

The three-day-long, 24-hour operation proved to be successful, resulting in the location and rescue of 21 children. The children were safely rescued from their abusers and reunited with their families.
