High School Football Coach Arrested on Child Sexual Abuse Charges

Las Vegas, NV – Antwone Washington, the head football coach at Valley High School, has been arrested on multiple child sexual abuse charges. The 45-year-old coach faces accusations of kidnapping a minor, producing child pornography, statutory sexual seduction, and contacting a minor for sexual purposes.
According to court documents, Washington engaged in a sexual relationship with a student under the age of 16. The disturbing details of the case, including allegations of sexual assault and the production of explicit videos, have shocked the community.
A judge set bail at $100,000 for Washington, who is currently being held in custody. His next court appearance is scheduled for December 16th.
The Clark County School District has not yet commented publicly on the arrest. However, the incident has raised serious concerns about the safety of students and the importance of thorough background checks for individuals working in schools.
