Nevada’s AB105: A Step Toward Safer Elections or a Threat to Second Amendment Rights?

As Nevada’s summer heats up, so does the debate over Assembly Bill 105 (AB105), a legislative proposal that seeks to prohibit the possession of firearms within 100 feet of election sites.
