Nevada Democrats Put Illegal Immigrants Ahead of American Safety

A horrifying tragedy underscores the deadly consequences of Joe Biden’s open border policies and the Democrats who enable them.

An illegal immigrant who had previously been arrested for auto theft in Florida, and who faced charges of indecency with a child and assault in Houston, was allowed to remain in the United States under Biden’s failed leadership. Instead of being deported, he was released back into American communities. The result was unspeakable: he brutally murdered and beheaded an innocent American.

According to reports, the killer even kicked the victim’s severed head around “like a soccer ball.”

This was not an accident. It was not a fluke. It was the predictable, preventable outcome of policies that prioritize criminal illegal immigrants over the safety of American citizens.

Nevada’s Democrat delegation Dina Titus, Susie Lee, and Steven Horsford, has embraced this extreme agenda. They have voted for policies that weaken immigration enforcement, undermined ICE, and supported sanctuary measures that make it harder for law enforcement to remove dangerous criminals from the country.

By siding with the radical left, they have chosen to protect violent offenders over law-abiding Nevadans. The message is clear: under their leadership, Nevada families come last.

“A violent illegal immigrant beheaded an American and allegedly kicked his head around like a soccer ball. Meanwhile, Dina Titus, Susie Lee, Steven Horsford and their party continue to demonize ICE, prop up sanctuary policies, and put illegal immigrants first over Nevadans,” said NRCC Spokesman Christian Martinez.

This gruesome case is just the latest in a growing list of tragedies tied to Biden’s border crisis. Criminal illegal immigrants who should have been deported have instead been released, only to commit heinous crimes against American citizens.

From assaults to murders, the toll on communities is mounting. Yet Democrats continue to double down on the very policies that put American families in danger.

Nevadans understand what’s at risk. In Clark County, where crime remains a top concern, families want safer streets—not policies that embolden criminals. Yet Titus, Lee, and Horsford would rather appease radical activists than secure the border.

The contrast is clear: Republicans are pushing for stronger enforcement, more resources for ICE and Border Patrol, and an end to sanctuary loopholes. Democrats, meanwhile, are offering excuses and doubling down on policies that let violent criminals walk free.

This tragedy should serve as a wake-up call. Every vote to weaken border enforcement is a vote to risk more American lives. Every sanctuary policy is an open invitation to criminals who exploit America’s broken immigration system. Dina Titus, Susie Lee, and Steven Horsford own this failure. They had a choice between protecting American families or protecting criminal illegal immigrants and they chose the latter.

For Nevada families, the choice in November could not be clearer: safety and security, or more chaos and tragedy.
