
Man Dies After Late-Night Stabbing at West Las Vegas Park, Police Say

A man who was stabbed in a west Las Vegas park late Wednesday night has died, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
Officers responded to reports of a stabbing around 10:15 p.m. at Charleston Heights Park, near Charleston Boulevard and Jones Boulevard. When police arrived, they found an adult male suffering from a stab wound. He was transported to University Medical Center, where he later died from his injuries.
Homicide detectives have taken over the investigation. Police say it remains unclear what led to the stabbing, and no suspects have been arrested. Authorities are reviewing surveillance footage from the area and speaking with potential witnesses to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
The Clark County Coroner’s Office will release the victim’s name once family members have been notified. Metro Police are asking anyone with information to contact their homicide section or remain anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers.
