A 15-year-old accused in a fatal shooting at a Las Vegas park will be prosecuted as an adult, according to court records. The teen, identified as Eric Flores, faces ten charges in justice court, including open murder, attempted murder, and conspiracy to commit robbery.
The charges stem from an incident in which one person was killed and another was injured. Investigators say Flores was involved in a planned robbery that led to the shooting. Court officials confirmed that the case has been transferred out of the juvenile system, allowing prosecutors to pursue adult charges due to the severity of the allegations.
Further hearings are expected as the case moves through the court process.
