California Cash, DC PACs, and Desperation: Nevada Democrats Exposed

Democrats like to brag about momentum. Q4 2025 FEC reports just ripped the curtain down in Nevada.
What the filings show is not grassroots energy. It is coastal cash. It is PAC life support. It is a party that cannot quit California money while pretending to represent Nevada families.
Start with Steven Horsford. He pulled in $539,772.29 for the quarter. Sounds fine until you look under the hood. Only 11.8 percent of that money came from just 99 donors tied to Nevada. The rest flowed in from out of state. California alone accounted for $82,648.33 or 42.1 percent. Horsford is running in Nevada but fundraising like a Bay Area backbencher.
Then there is Susie Lee. She raised $806,602.29. Again Democrats will spin the top line. The details tell the truth. Only 24.5 percent came from 168 donors. The rest came from outside Nevada. California led the way with $103,354.55 or 23.2 percent. When your biggest fan club is across state lines it is not a movement. It is a money pipeline.
And then there is Dina Titus. The veteran incumbent could not even crack $300,000. She raised $298,778.37. The campaign survives because Washington Democrats will not let it fail. Hakeem Jeffries battleground fund wired her $30,000. Other PACs like End Citizens United piled on. Total PAC support hit $141,500. That is not enthusiasm. That is intervention.
Here is where things get uncomfortable for Democrats.
Republican Carrie Buck raised $352,365.34. That is more than Dina Titus. Over fifty thousand more. Buck launched August 5, 2025 which means she barely had two months in the third quarter and one full quarter in Q4. Her cycle to date total sits at $497,929.59 from 7,852 unique donors. The average contribution is $59.
Read that again. Nearly eight thousand donors. Fifty nine dollars on average. Real people. Real money. Real enthusiasm.
By contrast Dina Titus has never raised $300,000 in an off year going back to 2021.
This is the story Democrats do not want told. Their Nevada delegation is increasingly dependent on out of state donors and Washington PACs. Republican challengers are building campaigns the old fashioned way. Door by door. Dollar by dollar. Voter by voter.
You can dress up FEC reports with spin. You cannot hide the math.
Nevada Democrats are running on fumes. Republicans are running on grassroots fuel.
