Vegas Protesters Rally Against ICE, Defending Violent Criminals While Attacking Law Enforcement

A group of far-left activists gathered Saturday at Craig Ranch Park to denounce the Trump administration and attack federal immigration enforcement — all while openly defending violent criminals and smearing the men and women sworn to protect American communities.

The protest, billed as opposition to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, came as part of a coordinated national effort by progressive activists furious that the federal government is once again enforcing the law.

Speakers and demonstrators repeatedly defended a woman killed in Minnesota after authorities say she attempted to run over an ICE agent with her vehicle during an enforcement operation. According to federal officials, the woman accelerated toward agents, turning her car into a weapon, a fact protester conveniently ignored as they cast her as a victim and accused law enforcement of wrongdoing.

Rather than condemn the dangerous act that put officers’ lives at risk, activists at the Las Vegas rally chose to vilify ICE and portray agents as aggressors — a now-familiar tactic from the radical left playbook.

Even more stunning, protesters also expressed outrage over a separate incident in Oregon, where two members of Tren de Aragua — a notorious transnational gang tied to drug trafficking, violence, and human smuggling — were killed during a federal operation.

Authorities have said the gang members attempted to use their vehicle to assault Border Patrol agents. But at Craig Ranch Park, that detail didn’t matter. Instead of siding with law enforcement, protesters once again rushed to defend criminals with documented ties to organized crime.

The message from the rally was unmistakable: radical activists are more outraged when criminals face consequences than when law-abiding Americans are threatened by illegal gangs and violent offenders.

While protesters chanted slogans and waved signs, they made no mention of the victims of illegal immigrant crime, the border chaos that has flooded communities with fentanyl, or the law enforcement officers who put their lives on the line every day.

As President Trump restores law and order at the border and across the country, the far left is showing exactly where its priorities lie — defending those who break the law, attack police, and endanger public safety, while demonizing the officers tasked with stopping them.

For Nevadans watching closely, the choice is clear: stand with law enforcement and the rule of law — or stand with chaos.
