As CEO of APC, Aaron guides his clients through innovative concepts and approaches designed to prepare them for the evolving landscape of the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy benefits. His vision has been instrumental in reshaping how pharmacy benefits are perceived, resulting in better control of overall pharmacy expenditures. Aaron's expertise extends to presenting and consulting with various stakeholders, including pharmacy schools, benefit advisory organizations, committees, health plans, hospital groups, and government entities. Throughout his extensive career, he has actively managed projects for national insurance carriers, pharmacy benefit managers, managed care plans (Medicaid and Medicare), Taft-Hartley Funds, Third Party Administrators, and hospital networks. Aaron's perspective is unique to APC — one of the earliest and revered consulting firms dedicated to pharmacy benefit consulting for benefit advisors. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
