Bicyclist Killed After Being Hit By Car Near I-15

LAS VEGAS – A bicyclist was killed after being struck by a vehicle on Thursday afternoon.
A car struck a man riding a bike near the intersection of Owens Avenue and B Street, close to the I-15, according to police.
According to investigators, the motorist remained at the site and showed no impairment symptoms.
The bicyclist was taken to a hospital in Las Vegas, where he was pronounced dead due to his injuries.
Several streets in the vicinity are now closed.
At this time, police have not disclosed any additional information.
