LAS VEGAS – According to the city of Boulder, another false report of a shooting at Boulder City High School was received on Thursday morning.
Around 7:50 a.m., a fake call said there was a shooter at the high school. A tweet from the police department says that officers responded quickly and secured the site, finding “no actual incident or threat.”
Last December, a similar fake call led to a brief hard lockdown at Boulder City High School when the caller reported an active shooter was inside the building.
Dispatch received a hoax call claiming an active shooter was at the high school ~7:50 this morning. Police arrived almost immediately after the call and secured the scene, finding no actual incident or threat. Thank you BCPD for the quick, thorough response. pic.twitter.com/U0Fy3kthGq
