LAS VEGAS — A staple of the Las Vegas Strip’s modern culinary era is coming to an end. Blue Ribbon, the Bromberg brothers’ acclaimed eatery at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, announced this morning that it will permanently close its doors after service on February 16, 2026.
The restaurant was one of the original concepts that launched with the resort in 2010. While the Strip location is shuttering, the owners confirmed that Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill will continue to operate at its Red Rock Resort location in Summerlin. The closure marks a shift in the Cosmopolitan’s dining portfolio as the property continues to refresh its offerings under new management and evolving 2026 tastes.
