Four Teens in Fall Festival Arrested After Firearms and Drugs Found Inside Their Backpack

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (NV, Globe) – Several teens are currently in juvenile jail following a weekend incident involving guns and drugs at an autumn festival.
On Friday, September 23, the event occurred during the Pahrump Fall Festival, which is located roughly 65 miles west of Las Vegas.
According to the Nye County Sheriff’s Office, officers monitoring the autumn festival were alerted to a teenager who threatened another teenager with a pistol and reacted to the incident.
The defendants were arrested near the festival’s carnival section and attempted to flee from officers, resulting in a foot chase.
Authorities soon arrested the teenagers with a bag, which included three weapons with missing serial numbers and cocaine.
Four teenagers aged 14 to 16 were placed into the Clark County Juvenile Detention Center.
