Las Vegas police have arrested a man linked to a shocking firearms theft at the Westgate Hotel parking garage, where nearly 40 guns were stolen from a vehicle belonging to a Shot Show attendee. The suspect, Francisco Iniguez, now faces over 80 charges, including illegal possession of firearms and vehicle burglary.

According to Las Vegas Metro Police, the victim, Mickey Abram, parked his 2023 Nissan in the garage for several days while attending the Shot Show. When he returned on January 25, he found his car’s window smashed and nearly half of his 80 firearms missing.

Surveillance footage captured a Black Chevy Malibu circling the parking structure before Iniguez was seen checking car doors. The suspect was later recorded walking back to his vehicle carrying two black bags, leading police to believe the firearms were taken at that moment.

Days later, on January 28, detectives conducting surveillance spotted Iniguez and an unidentified woman, later identified as Emily Sperry, loading luggage into the same Chevy Malibu. LVMPD’s Gang Enforcement unit then conducted a traffic stop, removing both individuals from the vehicle and taking them into custody.

During questioning, Iniguez admitted to being a habitual fentanyl user and stated he steals to fund his addiction. He now faces dozens of felony charges, including possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and vehicle burglary. His court date is set for February 3.

Las Vegas police continue investigating whether the stolen firearms were trafficked or resold.
