Las Vegas Police: A Man Stabs and Murders a Woman Sleeping Outside a Store

LAS VEGAS- According to Metro police, a woman was sleeping outside of a shop in the southeast Las Vegas valley last week when a guy approached her and stabbed her.
At about 6:09 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 14, officers rushed to the 1400 block of E. University Ave. and discovered the lady suffering from an apparent stab wound. Medical officials pronounced her deceased at the spot.
The man accused of stabbing her left the scene and has yet to be recognized.
The Clark County Coroner’s Office will announce the woman’s identity, as well as her cause and manner of death.
