Las Vegas Police Arrest a Suspect in the Theft of a Girl Scouts Statue
LAS VEGAS – Police say they have made an arrest in the theft of a bronze statue from the Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada’s headquarters.
The bronze statue was stolen from the Girl Scouts headquarters near Washington and Eastern avenue earlier this year. The monument was returned to its rightful owner shortly after being stolen, thanks to the efforts of the police.
On October 22nd, officers from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department arrested 37-year-old Vincent Uhlmer for his alleged involvement in the theft of the statue.
LVMPD was thanked by the Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada for their efforts.
