Las Vegas Woman Arrested After Fatal Hit-and-Run

22-year-old Dora Henderson has been arrested for a fatal hit-and-run incident that occurred on April 20, 2025, in Las Vegas. According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD), Henderson was driving a 2014 Ford Edge SUV eastbound on Tropicana Avenue when she struck a 41-year-old woman who was either kneeling or lying in the roadway. Henderson failed to stop or render aid and continued driving. The victim was transported to University Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead.
Henderson was apprehended on April 23, 2025, and booked into the Clark County Detention Center on charges including leaving the scene of a crash, failure to render aid, and failure to provide information to law enforcement.
