North Las Vegas Police Are Looking for Assistance Locating a Runaway Youngster

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (702 Times, NV Globe) – Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 12-year-old runaway youngster.
Joseph Thorns was last spotted near E. in the 2100 block of North Las Vegas Boulevard. On December 13, Lake Mead Blvd.
Thorns is described by officers as a Black guy with a dark complexion, 5’1″, 110 pounds, with dark brown eyes and black hair.
He was last seen wearing a long-sleeved blue shirt and blue pants, according to North Las Vegas Police.
Thorns has no distinguishing scars, markings, or tattoos.
Thorns is a type 1 diabetic, but he has his medicine with him because he brought it with him.
