
One Dead After Train Collision Near Charleston & Commerce in Las Vegas

One person has died after being struck by a train in the central Las Vegas Valley, police said Friday. Las Vegas Metropolitan Police responded to the incident shortly before 4 p.m. near the intersection of West Charleston Boulevard and South Commerce Street in the downtown Arts District. Officers confirmed the victim did not survive. At this time no further details have been released. Investigators are working to determine the circumstances of the collision.
