Plane Makes Emergency Landing at Harry Reid International Airport

Las Vegas, NV – A Frontier Airlines flight experienced a hard landing at Harry Reid International Airport on Saturday afternoon, resulting in flames and smoke billowing from the aircraft. All passengers and crew were safely evacuated from the plane, and no injuries were reported.

Frontier Flight 1326, en route from San Diego, landed in Las Vegas around 3:40 p.m. local time. According to a spokesperson for Frontier Airlines, the pilots detected smoke and declared an emergency before the landing.

Videos captured by witnesses show flames and smoke underneath the plane as it touched down. Fire crews were immediately on the scene to extinguish the fire, while the surrounding area filled with smoke.

All passengers and crew were successfully evacuated from the aircraft and transported to the terminal by bus. No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation by authorities. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) will be conducting a thorough investigation into the incident.
