Police Arrests North Las Vegas Shooting Suspect

According to police, a suspect has been taken into custody following a gunshot in North Las Vegas that wounded a man.
It happened soon after 6:30 p.m. on Thursday in the 4100 block of Erinbird Avenue (between Elkhorn Road and Decatur Boulevard).
According to North Las Vegas Police, the subject first left the area but was later arrested.
The man who was shot is said to be in his forties and was transferred to a local hospital. There were no more information revealed.
