Police in Henderson Detain Man Suspected of Breaking Into Numerous Homes

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (702 Times, NV Globe) – Police in Henderson, Nevada, detained a guy on December 31, according to a statement released on Tuesday by the Henderson Police Department.
The 40-year-old Justin Victory is accused with burglary while in possession of a firearm, home invasion with a firearm, robbery with a firearm, firing a firearm into an occupied building, and four counts of attempted robbery.
Officials claim that around early that morning, complaints of burglaries in the vicinity of the 700 block of Nogales Drive started to surface. Around 3:20 in the morning, police responded to a report in the neighborhood. and a description of the suspect was obtained.
Without incident, Victory was located and taken into jail. Victory had broken into or attempted to break into a number of local residences before being apprehended, according to police.
As of Tuesday, Victory was being detained at the Henderson Detention Center under a $200,000 bail. His next court appearance is undetermined.
