Police Shot a Man Who Pointed a Gun at Them in North Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS – Friday night in northwest Las Vegas, police fatally shot a man who pointed a gun at them.
Officers responded to the 8400 block of West Shady Shores Circle near North Rampart Boulevard about 7:30 p.m.
When police arrived, the man went back inside and emerged armed, authorities said. Officers shot him when he brandished a gun at them. Police said he died at the scene.
Police report no injuries.
