Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo announced Thursday that the state has expanded its 2‑1‑1 phone line to better connect residents with information on accessing vital state services. A dedicated website has also launched to provide ongoing updates regarding the recent network security incident.
Additionally, Internet service across most of the state’s infrastructure has been restored, according to Tim Robb, the governor’s homeland security advisor. Lombardo noted that the investigation remains active and is progressing quickly, despite holding back certain details for confidentiality. He emphasized the importance of patience as the state works to return systems fully online.
