From Wednesday at 7 Am Through Friday at 4 Am Winter Storm Warning Is in Effect

RENO, Nev. (775 Times, NV Globe) – The pink areas on the map, which include the mountain ranges and foothills of western Nevada, are under a winter storm warning that is in effect from 7 a.m. on Wednesday through 4 a.m. on Friday.
By Thursday morning, there will be several inches to a foot of snow in our lowlands, 1 to 2 feet over 7,000 feet, and 8 to 14 inches in Lake Tahoe.
The amount of snow will vary, and some places may get a combination of rain and snow on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons.
Rain and snow showers are still possible during the weekend.
