Gunfire Erupts in South Reno as Men Exchange Shots

Reno, NV – Two men were arrested early Monday morning after they fired shots at each other in south Reno, according to the Reno Police Department (RPD).
The incident occurred around 3:30 am near Mazzone Avenue close to the intersection of Neil Road and Moana Lane. Upon arrival, officers discovered that the two suspects had been involved in a physical altercation that escalated to gunfire. Fortunately, no bystanders were injured.
The suspects, identified as 33-year-old Trevor Evans and 31-year-old Jacob Centimano, were apprehended at the scene. Both individuals now face multiple charges, including assault with a deadly weapon, and are currently being held at the Washoe County Detention Facility.
The Reno Police Department is actively investigating the incident and is asking anyone with information to come forward.
