House Fire Leaves Five Homeless in Reno

NEVADA – A house fire in Reno on Wednesday night has left five people homeless.
Reno Fire Department (RFD) Chief Kosak reported that fire crews were dispatched to 749 Grand Canyon Blvd, a single-story, single-family residence at 6:05 p.m.
The fire was contained by the crews, who discovered that it originated in one of the back rooms and spread to the attic.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is currently being investigated.
The area will remain closed until investigators arrive, with no estimated time of reopening.
