REN0, Nev. (775 Times, NV Globe)- After being arrested in Reno, a registered sex offender in numerous states is back behind bars.
Officers from the Reno Police Department responded to a probable home invasion in the 1300 block of Butler Street early on October 27.
Jerry Green, 60, was discovered on the site by police and it was shortly confirmed that he was a wanted sex offender on the run from Arkansas. Green, according to investigators, has lived in the Reno region for approximately a year and a half and has never been registered as a sex offender.
Green was also convicted in February 2011 in Oklahoma on several felony rape offenses involving a victim under the age of 14.
