William Stanley, 70, is being held without bail for murder.

Investigators located the victim’s body on the roadside.

Blood and clothing led deputies to a house.

They think the automobile dragged the body there first.

Stanley owned the land.

Stanley allegedly ran over the victim after a disagreement with him.
