NEVADA – The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office wants the public’s help to find a man they say stole a battery from a backhoe at a construction site in the North Sunridge area.
They say that around 10 p.m. on August 10, the man was seen on surveillance video entering an area of the site that was fenced off.
Police say he left the area and returned on August 11 just after midnight to steal the battery. The suspect has not been found yet.
Call Deputy Erik Eissinger at 775-782-5126 if you know anything about the suspect.
