Power Restored to Over 4,500 Customers in South Lake Tahoe Area

NEVADA – As of 7:14 p.m., Liberty Utilities has reported that power has been restored to more than 4,500 customers who were affected by a recent outage in the South Lake Tahoe area.
Earlier in the evening, Liberty Utilities had reported that over 4,500 customers were without power and that they were working to restore power by 6:45 p.m. The cause of the outage is currently under investigation.
Customers in California who are experiencing a power outage or downed wires can report the issue and stay up-to-date on the status of the outage by visiting the Reporting an Outage or Downed Wires – Residential – California Electric – Liberty website.
