Twelve Vehicles Spun off in Northwest Reno but There Were No Casualties

RENO, Nev. (775 Times, NV Globe) – The Reno Fire Department reported that nobody was hurt following a 12-car spinout on icy roads on Thursday night in northwest Reno (RFD).
RFD and Reno Police Department employees responded to the junction of Sierra Highlands Drive and Mae Anne Avenue at around 8:30 p.m. on reports of several vehicle spinouts due to slippery conditions.
After the event, the roads were sanded, and the crossroads reopened after an hour of closure.
