Winnemucca Police Department Arrests Man For Road Rage Shooting

NEVADA – On Friday night, February 3, 2023, police were called to the area of North Highland Drive and East Winnemucca Boulevard because shots were being fired.
When the police got there, they found out that two cars had gotten into a fight as they were leaving a mine parking lot.
One of the cars had followed the other out of the parking lot and shot at least four times with a gun.
With the help of Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office deputies, the suspect was found and arrested quickly.
Livingston Council Rouse was arrested for shooting a gun from inside a car and for having a gun when he was not allowed to have one.
