Woman Arrested on Multiple Charges After Allegedly Trespassing on Property in Paradise Valley

NEVADA – According to a Facebook post by the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office, a woman was arrested on multiple charges after allegedly trespassing on property in Paradise Valley.
The suspect, identified as 56-year-old Jennifer Tipton, had reportedly entered the property once before and had been issued a warning. Deputies located Tipton in her car on State Route 290 and arrested her for misdemeanor trespass.
During a search of Tipton and her vehicle, police discovered methamphetamine, a shotgun, and a loaded semi-automatic handgun. Tipton was not permitted to possess a firearm due to her suspected use and possession of methamphetamine.
Tipton was transported to the Humboldt County Detention Center and booked on charges of trespassing, possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
