Federal Jury Convicts Trio in Massive Las Vegas Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Distribution Conspiracy

LAS VEGAS, NV — A federal jury has handed down sweeping guilty verdicts against three men for running a major multi-year narcotics distribution ring that flooded the Las Vegas valley with bulk quantities of methamphetamine and fentanyl.
The convictions mark the culmination of a massive, multi-agency wiretap and surveillance operation spearheaded by federal drug enforcement agents.
Dismantling the Supply Chain
Following a multi-day trial in U.S. District Court, the jury convicted Darrell Glen Harris, Joey Lamar McRoyal, and Lamar Deshawn Rosser on charges of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances.
According to unsealed federal court documents, Harris acted as the primary upstream source of supply for the operation. He routinely imported bulk kilograms of high-purity methamphetamine and thousands of illicit fentanyl pills into Clark County. Harris then funneled the inventory directly to McRoyal and Rosser, who managed a sophisticated network of street-level distributors operating throughout the Las Vegas metropolitan area.
Facing Up to Life in Federal Prison
The joint investigation was coordinated by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Las Vegas District Office, alongside tactical support from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

U.S. District Judge Cristina D. Silva has officially unsealed the post-trial schedule, locking in a formal sentencing hearing for October 1, 2026. Under federal statutory guidelines, the sheer volume of the seized Schedule II narcotics triggers mandatory minimum sentences, meaning all three men now face up to life in a federal penitentiary without the possibility of parole.
