NEVADA – The latest development is a step toward the company’s long-term goal of providing services in all 50 United States jurisdictions.
Brian Shroder, CEO of Binance US, commented on the license clearance, saying, “We continue to take the necessary steps to ensure we are operationally compliant across the United States, our customers’ assets are secure, and our platform is safe and transparent.” For the Nevada Department of Business and Industry’s patience and support in obtaining our Money Transmitter License, we offer our sincerest gratitude.
According to the press release, the following states and territories have issued Money Transmitter Licenses to Binance US: West Virginia, Connecticut, Wyoming, Rhode Island, Idaho, and Puerto Rico.
