Northwest Valley Barricade Suspect Is Taken into Custody by Police

LAS VEGAS- Around 10 p.m., police caught the person who was behind a barricade near the 3300 block of Oeste Vista Street.
On Wednesday, there was a fight in a family near El Capitan Way and Cheyenne Avenue in the northwest valley.
LVMPD says that someone called 911 and said a suspect had a knife and was going to hurt family members.
The person who called the police was contacted.
The suspect is still inside and is not helping the police in any way.
When SWAT got there, they said it was a “barricade situation.”
