Las Vegas Police Responds to Southeast Valley Shooting

LAS VEGAS- According to Las Vegas police, authorities are responding after a man found with a gunshot wound died Friday morning.
According to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Officer Aden OcampoGomez, another victim was shot about 7:23 a.m. in the 4400 block of Dennis Way, near Tropicana Avenue and Mountain Vista Street.
Officers arrived and discovered a victim with an apparent gunshot wound. At the scene, the person was pronounced deceased.
According to OcampoGomez, many persons have been detained as part of the inquiry. Other information was not readily accessible.
The offered information was regarded as preliminary, and authorities said it might alter as the investigation progresses.
The homicide department of the LVMPD is investigating.
